Information collected
We process team and tournament details, team-contact name, email address and telephone number, assigned tickets, ticket redemptions, and SMS consent records (including time and consent source). Our systems may process technical information needed for site security and operation.
How information is used
We use this information to administer events, distribute ticket wallet links, fulfill ticket assignments, prevent duplicate redemptions, respond to support requests, and send optional SMS ticket notifications to people who opted in.
SMS and information sharing
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information or consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use messaging providers such as Twilio solely to deliver the messages requested by participants. We may use service providers for hosting and operations under appropriate restrictions.
